Spin to Upgrade Your Microelectronics UK Experience – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Spin to Upgrade Your Microelectronics UK Experience promotion for Microelectronics UK 2026.

1. Promotional period

The promotion is available for a limited period and subject to promotional availability.

The Promoter may close the promotion once the promotional allocation has been exhausted.

Availability of individual rewards is limited.

2. Eligibility

The promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

Participants must be aged 18 or over.

The promotion is available to eligible visitors to the Microelectronics UK website during the promotional period.

A maximum of one spin and one promotional reward may be claimed per person during the promotional period.

3. How to take part

Eligible visitors may be presented with the Spin to Upgrade promotional wheel while browsing selected pages of the Microelectronics UK website.

Participants can spin the wheel once to receive a randomly allocated complimentary Microelectronics UK event reward.

The reward will be shown immediately after the spin.

New attendees must complete their registration for Microelectronics UK 2026 to claim their reward.

Attendees who are already registered should follow the Already Registered? Claim My Prize instructions displayed after their spin.

4. Rewards

Every valid spin receives one of the following complimentary rewards:

  • Drink Voucher

  • 50 Bonus App Points

  • Power Bank

  • Coffee on Us

  • Access All Areas

  • Access All Areas + 1 Guest

Rewards are allocated using a computerised weighted random-selection process.

5. Access All Areas rewards

Access All Areas and Access All Areas + 1 Guest rewards are subject to attendee eligibility.

Where the relevant attendee eligibility criteria are not met, an alternative complimentary event reward may be provided.

For an Access All Areas + 1 Guest reward, both attendees must complete a valid registration and may be subject to the applicable attendee eligibility criteria.

Claim instructions will be provided to the winner following their spin.

6. Already registered attendees

If you are already registered for Microelectronics UK 2026, you should not complete a second registration.

Instead, follow the Already Registered? Claim My Prize instructions displayed after your spin and provide the information requested so that your reward can be applied to your existing registration.

Access All Areas rewards for existing attendees remain subject to the applicable attendee eligibility criteria.

7. Claiming your reward

Participants must hold a valid registration for Microelectronics UK 2026 to redeem their reward.

Participants should follow the instructions provided following their spin and any further redemption or collection instructions provided by the Microelectronics UK team.

Rewards may be checked against the attendee's registration details before fulfilment.

8. Event-based rewards

Rewards are redeemable in connection with Microelectronics UK 2026, taking place 29–30 September 2026 at Excel London.

Where a reward is collected or redeemed at the event, the participant must attend Microelectronics UK 2026 with a valid registration.

Alcoholic drinks will only be provided to attendees aged 18 or over and proof of age may be required. A suitable non-alcoholic alternative may be provided where appropriate.

9. 50 Bonus App Points

The 50 Bonus App Points reward provides the winner with an additional 50 points within the Microelectronics UK event app.

Any use of app points remains subject to the applicable rules and mechanics of the Microelectronics UK app and any associated competition or reward activity.

Receiving bonus points does not guarantee that the participant will win any associated competition or prize.

10. No cash alternative

Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Rewards are not for resale and may not be transferred unless expressly agreed by the Promoter.

11. Multiple or invalid claims

Only one promotional reward may be claimed per person during the promotional period.

The Promoter reserves the right to reject duplicate or invalid claims, including where it reasonably believes that a participant has:

  • attempted to obtain more than one spin or reward;

  • attempted to circumvent the one-spin restriction;

  • manipulated or interfered with the promotion; or

  • provided false or misleading information.

12. Technical issues

The Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure the promotion operates as intended.

If a genuine technical error affects the operation of the promotion or allocation of a reward, the Promoter may take reasonable steps to correct the issue and administer the promotion fairly.

13. Personal information

Personal information supplied in connection with the promotion may be used to administer the promotion, verify registrations and fulfil rewards in accordance with the Promoter's applicable privacy policy.

Browser storage and analytics technologies may also be used to operate the one-spin mechanic and measure the performance of the promotion.

15. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
