Got a question? Here's everything you need to know before you visit Microelectronics UK at Excel London on 29–30 September 2026.

Microelectronics UK is the UK's leading exhibition and conference for the semiconductor, photonics and embedded systems ecosystem, taking place on 29–30 September 2026 at Excel London. It brings together engineers, technical leaders, researchers, technology providers and industry stakeholders from across the full microelectronics value chain.

Microelectronics UK takes place at Excel London, a well-connected venue with easy access by road, rail and air.

Dates and times:

  • 29 September 2026 — 9:30am to 5:30pm
  • 30 September 2026 — 9:30am to 5:00pm

Yes! The event includes networking lounges, plus a dedicated B2B meeting platform launching in September. General Access ticket holders get basic access to the networking app; Access All Areas ticket holders get full access, including the ability to book meetings via the app.

There's also an Official Networking Reception at 4:30pm on Day 1 — exclusive to Access All Areas pass holders, and includes a complimentary drink.

Meetings are booked through the Microelectronics UK app, powered by CrowdComms — available to Access All Areas pass holders.

1. Tap Networking / Meetings in the app menu.
2. Browse attendees or exhibitors and tap Request Meeting.
3. Choose a time and location — a networking lounge, the meeting area, or an exhibitor's stand.
4. Confirm your request and wait for the other person to accept.

Prefer to set things up in advance? You don't have to wait until you arrive — get your profile built and start sending requests as soon as you're registered. Meetings can also be arranged in person on the day.

By far the quickest and easiest way is the Elizabeth line. With up to 24 trains per hour at peak times, it also runs direct from Heathrow Airport to Excel London in under 45 minutes — just alight at Custom House and follow the signs.

Coming in via Custom House and heading to the east side of the venue? A quick transfer to the DLR gets you there in a couple of minutes:

1. From Custom House station, head downstairs to Platform 3 and take the first train towards Beckton.
2. The journey takes roughly 1 minute, with trains running every 3–4 minutes at peak times.
3. Alight at Prince Regent station and follow the signs for ICC London Excel — a one-minute walk directly to the East entrance.

Yes. Onsite parking is available at Excel London, and pre-booking is recommended to guarantee a space.

Use postcode E16 1FR for the car park entrance. Access is via the A13 only.

The main car park has a 1.9m height limit, with limited spaces available for vehicles up to 2.8m. Blue Badge parking is also available.

For taxi drop-off and pick-up, use the West Taxi Rank, E16 1XL.

Parking costs £27.50 per day when pre-booked or £30 per day if you pay on arrival. Pre-booking is recommended, as it's the only way to guarantee a space.
