Exhibitor FAQs

To maximise your exposure before the event, we require:

  • Your company logo and a short company bio for your website profile and welcome social media posts.

  • A high-resolution version of your logo for onsite signage.
    Once submitted, you’ll be given access to CrowdComms where you can complete your customer-facing exhibitor profile.


 

Your badge scanner is built into the CrowdComms app. Simply download the app to your mobile device – it will allow you to scan attendee badges and access their data directly through your profile.

 There’s no limit on the number of colleagues you can bring from your company. However:

They must also be added as a Company Representative in your CrowdComms profile - please use the form on Ffair to send us their details.

  • You have a limited allocation of Access All Areas passes, which provide full access to all content tracks. Use these however you wish across your team. To use these, please select ‘VIP Access All Areas pass’ at checkout and enter your company name under ‘How did you hear about us?’ ‘Exhibitor / Sponsor’:

Registration

  • Additional team members can register for a free General Access pass, which allows entry to the exhibition and networking areas.

All Company Representatives, regardless of their pass type, will be invited to the networking drinks reception.
