Shruti Hanumanthaiah

Shruti Hanumanthaiah is a Senior Principal System Architect at Arm with over 17 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, spanning system architecture, SoC design, embedded systems, and product innovation across XR, mobile, compute, and edge AI platforms. At Arm, she works on next-generation edge computing products, architecting complex systems that balance demanding requirements for power efficiency, security, high-bandwidth data movement, virtualization, and AI acceleration. Prior to Arm, she led system and chipset architecture for multiple generations of AR/VR and smart glasses products at Qualcomm, driving end-to-end architecture from product definition through commercialization, including pioneering custom XR chipsets and innovative low-power architectures. Earlier in her career at Cypress Semiconductor (now Infineon), she built deep expertise in embedded systems, capacitive sensing technologies, and EMI/EMC design, while supporting global customers and contributing to multiple flagship products. Shruti holds five granted patents, has authored more than 20 technical publications, and has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences and technical summits. She is passionate about shaping the future of intelligent edge devices and translating complex architectural challenges into scalable, real-world solutions that deliver meaningful customer impact.
