Shahin Shahin is a Test and Integration Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover, having recently completed the company's Engineering Graduate Programme. He holds a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Swansea University. Throughout his rotations at JLR, Shahin worked across the full V-model lifecycle, completing placements within Welcome, Access, and Leave Systems, Vehicle Lifecycle Software, Functional Charging Verification and Validation, eMachine CAE Design, and In-house Electronics teams. Having just rolled off the graduate scheme, he provides a direct, frontline perspective on technical upskilling and graduate talent retention within the UK engineering sector.
