Paul Langley is a strategic HR and transformation leader with extensive international experience helping organisations navigate complex change, build stronger leadership capability and create cultures where people and businesses can thrive. Throughout his career, he has worked across manufacturing, technology, logistics, retail and real estate, partnering with senior leaders across the UK, Europe, Middle East, USA, Asia -Pacific and wider international markets. Paul’s career has included leading major transformation programmes, organisational redesign, restructuring, workforce growth, leadership development, employee engagement and cultural change, alongside complex employee and industrial relations. He has extensive experience working with Trade Unions and Works Councils, negotiating change and pay agreements, managing TUPE and international people transfers, and supporting organisations through challenging employment relations environments.
