Olga Rubešová, currently based in the Czech Republic, is an Engineering Manager – Software at the Eaton European Innovation Center. She has been with Eaton since July 2014. Olga is leading a pioneering aerospace project focused on developing an advanced digital detection system for aircraft power systems utilizing DC power. This innovative system enhances safety and reliability by detecting and preventing faults, contributing to the advancement of zero-emission transportation. With expertise in embedded systems, software and firmware development and testing, electrical systems, and project management, Olga has driven significant technological advancements and successfully led diverse teams. She is a passionate advocate for women in STEM and actively participates in initiatives that promote gender diversity and inclusion. Olga holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Informatics and two Master's degrees: one in Business Informatics and another in Software Engineering for Embedded Systems.
