Neelofar started BAE Systems Submarines Graduate Scheme in 2016 after completing a MSc in Aerospace Engineering. He transferred to BAE Systems Air in 2018, working on and leading a variety of different technology development and deployment projects. He has worked on and developed technologies such as optical and laser projection, animations, data visualisation and augmented reality for guided work instructions. Neelofar is also currently a Licensed Technologist under the Human Augmentation Cluster within BAE focusing on applications of Human Augmentation within the manufacturing environment. His current role is Manufacturing Engineer Team Lead, looking at de-risking manufacturing and programme challenges of the future, through alternate methodologies and technology trade studies and deploying assembly demonstrations for new Aircraft Programmes.
