Mahdieh works at UKESF, supporting initiatives that help more students discover and progress into electronics and semiconductor careers, including the UKESF Scholarship Scheme and the Semiconductor Talent Award. She brings 17 years’ experience from the test and measurement technology sector, where she worked with products and customers connected to aerospace and defence, semiconductor, automotive, research and advanced manufacturing markets. Her career has spanned application engineering, technical sales, programme management, partner enablement and academic engagement. She has interviewed and assessed over 1,000 students and early-career candidates, giving her practical insight into what helps applicants stand out in competitive technical environments. At Talent Foundry, she will be sharing this experience with students and early-career engineers exploring opportunities in electronics and semiconductors.
