Dr John Robertson is Sense and Understand Programme Manager at Dstl and is responsible for delivering a complex portfolio of scientific and technology research. In his role, Dr Robertson leads the development and sustainment of critical capabilities for the Ministry of Defence, this includes investment in sovereign Science and Technology across the UK Defence S&T Enterprise. Dr Robertson is an accomplished scientist, specialising in laser physics, nonlinear optics and remote sensing. Dr Robertson is a Charted Physicist and Fellow with the Institutes of Physics.
