Jaffri is the founder and chief executive of Collaborative Research in Engineering, Science and Technology (CREST). He began his career as an entrepreneur who built an information services firm in 1986 and later joined Oracle Malaysia as a consultant.
Prior to joining CREST, he was Vice President of the Business and Technology Advisory Division of Malaysia Debt Ventures Berhad, a company that facilitates the development of ICT and other emerging technology sectors via innovative financing.
