Perry worked abroad for 24 years prior to returning to the Philippines in
2005 to join EMS Components Assembly Inc., an Electronics Assembly
company founded by his father Francisco Ferrer in 2004.
Currently, Perry is the Chairman & CEO of the EMS Group engaged in
Electronics assembly, Engineering services, contract manufacturing and
workforce development with four (4) locations in the Philippines and in
five (5) countries employing 14,000 Filipinos.
In 2026, Perry took over as President of the Philippine Chamber of
Commerce & Industry. PCCI is the largest Business Organization and
the Voice of Business in the Philippines.
