Elis Thomas is Programme Manager for Tech and Innovation at techUK, where he leads the organisation's work on key enabling technologies like semiconductors and digital identity. He shapes techUK's policy agenda across both areas, convening industry, government and investors to drive forward the UK's position in these critical technologies. Prior to joining techUK, Elis worked at Startup Coalition, a tech startup advocacy organisation, focusing on innovation policy, skills and access to finance.
