Asen Asenov is the James Watt Professor of Electrical Engineering at Glasgow University, Executive Chairman of Green Silicon Carbide Manufacturing, Ltd. (BG), and CEO of Semiwise, Ltd. (UK) and Advanced Microelectronics Associates (BG). He was also CEO of Gold Standard Simulations (UK) created in 2016 and acquired by Synopsys in 2016. Professor Asenov authored and co-authored more than 1000 papers dedicated to modelling and simulations of semiconductor devices including advanced CMOS and power electronic devices.
