

Amy Lauder
Amy Lauder is a Project Manager at Leonardo, where she leads a team of developers focused on creating single-source KPI dashboards for the company's Electronics business. This project is key to the company's digital transformation and Amy plays a crucial role in the implementation of the tools into the business, from wireframing to adoption.
Amy began her career as an Engineering Graduate Apprentice at Leonardo and the University of Strathclyde; throughout her seven years at the company she has been actively involved in organising and attending STEM outreach events aimed at engaging young people and inspiring them to explore futures in STEM. Her current role has given her new insight into the value diverse teams can bring to an engineering company, and the importance of workplace culture in business transformation.
