SiSTEM Technology is a UK and European distributor and sales partner for the equipment, consumables and after-sales services used in semiconductor and research, development, and manufacturing. We work with process engineers, cleanroom managers and R&D teams across academia, national labs and industry, helping them find the right tool for their process challenge rather than steering them towards a fixed catalogue. Our portfolio spans a genuinely wide range of applications. On the deposition side, we represent Intlvac's PVD, PECVD and ion beam systems, from research-scale tools through to cluster platforms for volume production. For lithography and wafer processing, we work with CEE's bench-top spin coating, developing, temporary bonding and debonding systems, and Hummink's HPCaP microprinting technology for nanoscale-resolution patterning. We also cover cluster and track Lithography processing and scrubber systems through C&D Semiconductor, wafer handling and sorting through Fortrend, and customised wet benches through Modutek, alongside further principals in thermal processing, vacuum systems, cleaning, defect inspection and probe & test. Our latest advanced process system offerings are from 3D-Micromac – a wide range of laser micromachining tools with applications in many high technology industries as well as semiconductors.
