We recognise a gap in the market for enterprise new product development, where the client can directly speak with a competent individual with real power within the organisation. Too many companies put faith in customer experience managers or hide the detail away from clients. We think new product development should be a shared experience, and the client should be able to understand as much of the process as desired.
